Arts embrace digital technology to diversify revenue streams
According to the latest publication from a three-year project from NESTA, Arts Council England and the AHRC, Digital R&D Fund for the Arts, 73% of arts organisations claim that digital technology is having major positive impacts on their work, up from 60% last year. This annual publication is the second of three that aim to support innovation with digital technologies in the arts. Nearly every category showed an increase in engagement as compared to the 2013 study with more than half of organisations now acknowledging digital technologies as important to their business models.
